In my oceanic desire
To taste eternity
I have sipped
Your bitter tea
And indulged my palate
With your sweet fruits.
To imbibe fully
Is to swallow
The entirety
And not wallow
Or debate
The rightness
Or wrongness
Of each taste.
I allow
And surrender
To whatever feast
Thee brings.
At the river's edge,
I will feed thee
And accept that
Which you provide.
Rising beyond
The duality
My river
Returns to Thee.
My hunger
Quelled
Sated.
I am
Oceanic
Thus,
Annealed
With Thee.
